Over 80% of the plots in the new Signautre Sibaya gated estate have sold before the official launch, reports Pam Golding Properties. Situated in the Sibaya precinct, midway between uMhlanga and King Shaka International Airport, on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast, the agent says this prime parcel of land, consisting of 45 sites, “has taken the market by storm.”

Ranging in size from 1000-2000sqm, the sites start at R4,2m million with prime sites fetching up to R10,5m, according to Carol Reynolds, Pam Golding Properties area principal for Durban Coastal.

The estate, surrounded by natural forest and with panoramic sea views,  is under the management of Tongaat Hulett. GAPP Architects and Urban Designers, in conjunction with Iyer Design Studio, are the appointed development architects and urban designers.

Completion of installation of services is anticipated for the end of July 2017 with transfer in a similar time frame.
