Buyers of the other 80 apartments will receive their keys very soon due to practical completion having taken place and full completion expected by mid-August.
Azure, in the Big Bay waterfront node, is a development of Asrin Property Developers, and the remaining apartments are priced around R2,6m.
“The fact that buyers, too, get all the benefits of beachfront living at a fraction of the cost of many of the Atlantic Seaboard suburbs has contributed to Azure’s popularity and we look forward to handing over the units to the new residents,” said Shiraaz Hassan, commercial director for Asrin. “With many of the units already gaining an average of 8% above inflation in value since the development’s launch, it is easy to see why those who have bought here have opted for this development to invest in and we look forward to handing over completed units to our eager buyers.”
