“Due to break ground in February 2017 with an anticipated two-year project to completion, this is arguably the fastest-selling sectional title development to the east of Johannesburg,” said Dave Coutinho, development manager of the special projects division of Pam Golding Properties Johannesburg East. “The product has been extremely well received by the marketplace, as by the launch weekend we had sold 90 units in phase one.”
Some 146 transactions, valued at more than R260m, have already been concluded.
Entry-level pricing for the remaining units starts at R1,175m for a 57m² studio apartment and from R1,575m to R1,63m for 76m² one-bedroom, one-bathroom units. Two-bedroom, two-bathroom units from 102m² to 124m² in size are priced from R1,968m to R2,83m; only two loft penthouse units are still available, boasting 184m² to 195m², three bedrooms and three bathrooms priced from R4,7m to R4,9m.
