Hi Arran – I am interested in investing. Please explain the purchasing process to me. What are the practical steps fron beginning to end or exchange and completion? – Darren

Hi Darren – Thank you for your question. The purchase process is straightforward as we aim to be transparent and communicate each stage clearly with the investor.

The steps are as follows:

  • You will receive information about the UK investment property, detailing floor plans, location, yields on offer and the purchase price.
  • The next step is to discuss the investment with your solicitors.
  • If you and your solicitors agree that you are happy the contracts would then be exchanged this is essentially the process of you taking transfer.
  • As the property is being built, funds are released in stages; usually at intervals, or at certain points of completion. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion.
