The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) today embarked on a national roadshow to educate the public and property owners in community schemes on their rights and obligations. The national roadshow kicked off today (19 September 2017) in Potchefstroom.
The CSOS will be using the roadshow to register community schemes, to clarify any issues in respect of the submission of annual returns and governance issues in schemes.
These events are aimed at property owners and those involved in the management of shared living arrangements such as sectional title, homeowners’ associations, retirement villages, share block companies and housing cooperatives.
Attendance is free for interested parties.
