Mount Edgecombe Retirement Village to start on top structures
Mount Edgecombe Retirement Village recently has reached its threshold of sales and has resulted in specialist bank, Investec, giving the green light for the construction of the top structures of the retirement village.
Mount Edgecombe Retirement Village consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom, single-level sectional title units, as well as a limited number of freestanding homes, all of which are pet-friendly.
“A project of this magnitude needs commitment from the right brands and people, and it gives me great pleasure to highlight the continuity of this project, as we go into the all-important phase of top structure,” said Murray Collins, director of Collins Residential. “The beginning of the top structure signifies a huge triumph for Collins Residential and Mount Edgecombe Retirement Village, as we continue to deliver a product that stems from a real shortage in the real estate market. Anyone who has seen the site will undoubtedly know that a substantial amount of earthworks has already taken place. This next phase ensures that the vision of Mount Edgecombe Retirement Village will soon become a reality, and will provide interested buyers with a true depiction of what to expect visually.”
