Inclusive-exclusive living comes to Hyde Park

HPH Exterior Garden View [High Resolution]

Urban regeneration developer, Propertuity, is set to develop Hyde Park House – a ground-breaking concept that moves beyond mixed-use living – in one of Johannesburg’s most affluent suburbs.

Hyde Park House is Propertuity’s first big footsteps into suburban Johannesburg, and is developed in collaboration with Narrative, a Johannesburg-based development company.

Hyde Park House offers investors and buyers a wide range of investment options from studio apartments (priced from R1.,495m), 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments and ‘standalone houses’- with the unique addition of their own rooftop terraces and exclusive-use gardens.

The median property price in Hyde Park in 2017 was R3,5m, according to Property24.

According to the developer, Hyde Park House does not depart from the market’s demand for secure living and hence is protected by advanced security. In line with its inclusive-exclusive philosophy, Hyde Park House is designed to foster community spirit for the hyper-connected; residents will have the use of high-speed internet, the clubhouse, pool and jungle gyms (for children), as well as active communal spaces such as a fitness centre and yoga studio.

Hyde Park House boasts an urban farm which supports Propertuity’s ambition to promote environmental upliftment with residents as the benefactors of this innovation.

“Hyde Park House is a pivotal moment for Propertuity,” said Jonathan Liebmann, CEO and founder of Propertuity. “It’s an opportunity for us to build on what we have learned with Maboneng, and to create a development, in the heart of Hyde Park, which is focused on both functional design and integrating the community. We believe this design-led approach, combined with Narrative’s impressive track record of delivery will result in an iconic building on the Johannesburg landscape.”

Sales launch on 25 February 2018
