With 16 sales for the month of July 2018, Nimrod Rakgwathe, HomeBid sales agent, scooped Sales Agent of the Month, breaking the 3-month record of 15 sales.

Nimrod and his team co-worker, Sibongile Singcu, were hoping to make it 18 sales but the July school holidays delayed two sales which came in on 1 August.

Three agent teams were breathing down Team Nimrod’s neck, but Nimrod’s record-breaking month saw his team take first place.

Nimrod is an experienced sales agent, having previously worked for Calgro M3. Sibongele, however, boasts a varied admin background and has taken to the HomeBid process like a fish to water in the few month months since she joined HomeBid.

With Fiona Staughton of HomeBid Home Loans prequalifying each HomeBid buyer prior to finalising the sales agreement, the agency’s sellers know that their sales will be registered without any hiccups.

Another record was broken by the listing team of Claudia Karsten, Nichole Calaca and Casey van der Poll who signed up 90 mandates for July 2018, with Casey closing 33 of those mandates.
